If you don't experience relief within 90 days of using our products as directed, we'll provide a full refund — no questions asked.

90-Day Relief Guarantee

We believe in results you can feel. If, after consistent use, you do not experience the intended relief or benefits within 90 days of delivery, you're eligible for a full refund.

Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are perishable consumable supplements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or changes of mind after purchase. Once a product has been shipped from our facility, we are unable to accept it back into our inventory due to health, safety, and quality control standards for consumable goods.

However, we happily offer:

  • Refunds if you do not experience relief within 90 days of consistent use as directed
  • Replacements or refunds for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Medical exception refunds - If your doctor advises against taking our product after purchase, please contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis

No Buyer's Remorse Returns

Please note that we do not process returns or refunds for orders where customers simply change their mind after receiving the product. As a perishable supplement and consumable good, we maintain strict quality control and cannot accept opened or shipped products back into our inventory to ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., no relief after 90 days, damaged item, medical concern)
  • Whether you are requesting a refund or replacement

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
