Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.
We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Delivery & Address Accuracy
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@dogisking.shop
Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the purchaser’s expense.
Tracking Information
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 3–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. Occasionally, tracking may show as “not found” temporarily — this does not mean your package is delayed. Shipping carriers may experience brief system updates or delays.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
ClearDose is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for incidents that occur during shipping.
